Colorkrew Workflows is a cloud-based workflow system designed to digitise and streamline approval processes. It allows users to create, submit, and approve documents electronically, mirroring traditional paper forms for ease of use. Furthermore, administrators can create their own templates using a simple drag and drop editor, with a lot of depth.

Whilst the editor is desktop only, forms can be created, reviewed and searched for via smartphone with our responsive web experience.

I was responsible for all aspects of design for this project throughout development and through to its initial release. During early stages, I was also leading the project and coordinating engineers, working with them directly on a daily basis.

I would regularly liaise with the product owner, to share updates and manage expectations.
