Colorkrew AI Chat is a corporate-grade AI-powered chat service built on Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI API, designed with emphasis on security, access control, and cost predictability.

It solves key concerns for businesses:

• Ensures client-owned confidential data isn’t used for AI‑model training

• Provides strict user access control via an admin dashboard, plus detailed usage logs

• Precise budget tracking by monitoring token usage and user activity

I led the design efforts for Colorkrew AI Chat for its initial launch. I worked closely with product owners to define requirements, designed user flows and interface layouts for both administrators and end‑users, and aligned my designs with engineers during implementation. Throughout development, I coordinated design decisions, ensured clear and intuitive workflows.

I worked closely with engineers during the technical explorations, and would suggest workarounds when hitting difficulties, to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
